its plymouth MN. you can see the green mill sign in the background. i remember when this happened. it was on the exit ramp on 494 to 55. by the way. i agree with randyeicher, and john12817. its never cool when they have to shoot someone. but when they have to, just pump em' full of lead. theyre gonna go home at the end of the day, not the bad guy.
