i am from the usa. and yes its better than Cuba and most south american countries. i honestly dont know which one is #1. everyone thinks their own country is the best. i dont. we need to improve A WHOLE LOT before even being considered in the top 10 or even top 20. all i know is has gotten very poor/low ratings on education, health/lifestyle, health care, etc. i think china is ahead of us, as well as europe.
