The problem with this work out is there is no Back exercises, and it will cause postural problems. This may be a "good work out" but is likely to cause postural problems over time!
I dont think they intended this to be a complete workout. that said it would be worth noting for our viewers what your solution to the back exercise problem would be

you can eat healthy all you want. Gain the calories and the protein you need. Being a person that has no exercise in that diet will only find themselves gain weight. The most important part of being in a diet is being able to combine both ideas. Which is why you are neither wrong nor right.

Is it more or less difficult to bring the knee to the opposite elbow when doing the tummy tucks? Also, what specific moves would you do to warm up for this routine?
I have new found respect for Katrina; she absolutely beasted this workout, lol. Makes me want to get serious about the 30 Day Shred again, though I'll definitely be filing this video away for future reference as well. (:

No ones really answered the magazine comment, but I'd have to say Health. Fitness & Shape are great but I really feel the Health workouts are better and a little less pushy if that makes sense?!
the 60 seconds of cardio between plyometric and anaerobic movements is fine for skinny girls who want to work out and stay skinny, but it inhibits muscle growth for those who actually want to increase muscle mass or muscle speed and power.
i'm only pointing this out because so many fat people would lose weight much faster by increasing their muscle mass; the real metabolism booster.
Which is why everyone should have a workout partner!
Hey Karena, do you decrease your sodium intake before shoots too(or keep it low all the time)? I know other fitness models do that to appear leaner....

People, don't listen to this clip.
1. Those are not advanced pushups, it's pushups for those who can't do a pushup to train oneself to be able to do normal pushups.
2. Running down stairs / Going down stairs is never good due to the pressure it puts on ones knees.
Those in that movie don't know anything, so I suggest NOT to listen to what they say at all. They just want your money.
