  • The problem with this work out is there is no Back exercises, and it will cause postural problems. This may be a "good work out" but is likely to cause postural problems over time!

  • I do not understand with a name like diethealth, why all of these videos are on exercise. Any experienced professional knows that Nutrition is by far the most important part of reaching any fitness goal.

  • you can eat healthy all you want. Gain the calories and the protein you need. Being a person that has no exercise in that diet will only find themselves gain weight. The most important part of being in a diet is being able to combine both ideas. Which is why you are neither wrong nor right.

  • :D the word "diet" means what you eat. you do not have to eat little to be on a "diet" we are all on a diet it just depends on if you have a bad diet or a good diet.

  • the 60 seconds of cardio between plyometric and anaerobic movements is fine for skinny girls who want to work out and stay skinny, but it inhibits muscle growth for those who actually want to increase muscle mass or muscle speed and power.

    i'm only pointing this out because so many fat people would lose weight much faster by increasing their muscle mass; the real metabolism booster.

  • Jump squats are sooooo good for you. great exercise. i do tricep dips at the end of every workout, and it just burns so good.
