I love Electivire. My set had Thunderpunch instead of Wild Charge (Gen IV), Fire Punch as well, Earthquake, and Magnet Rise.

Magnet rise is pretty useful with him, honestly. If you can get an encore up and switch in, it's amazing. Just normally switching is fine though too. The raised speed from switching into electric moves helps to set up Magnet Rise fast if there's something bound to have earthquake. The only time it ever failed was when I faced a Dugtrio... Damn those things. So fast...

@VirtualNation i would go for hp 252 and try and use up the rest of your evs to make your sp def and def match or maybe have sp def higher. also have the ability trickster(mischevious heart) makes jon attacking moves go first so theres no need for speed evs)

Semi-Stall Team? Any kind of Stall to me equals boring! No wonder it got you Ranked 184th on Smogon(Fuck 'em), they keep banning shit that would rip your team apart. As for Scrafty, here's a better set; Item: Leftovers, Nature: Adamant, EVs: 6 HP, 252 Attack, 126 Defense, 126 Special Defense, Ability: Shed Skin, & Moves: Crunch, Dragon Dance, Hi Jump Kick, & Rest.

Also Scrafty doesnt really need special defence should be put into speed.

As for the bans im quite happy with smogon I mean have u faced a sd bulky garchomp
