No. That big 7 isn't the date. In Japan their name for months are different. To say July, it's "Nana-Gatsu" Which literally means "7th Month". Not many Japanese people can speak English so it's not uncommon for Japanese calanders to have the number of the Month to be next to the name.

So the 7 isn't the date, it's the Month Number.

Yep. That's where they got her name from. I even put that up in the trivia section of her page on the tokyomewmewpower wikia site XD. Believe it or not, 4Kids tried doing theme naming of their own with this show, even if it wasn't the same theme naming as the original.

As I put in the first episode, Elliot is 16(he was 15 in the original Japanese version but they upped his age so due to the English dub upping the girls' ages).
