Theory of evolution exists, but it's major part has NOT been confirmed by a big body of evidence in the least. Micro-evolution has (but that's no problem for creation theory and didn't start with Darwin anyway). Macro evolution is so lacking in proof that top evolutionists like Stephen Gould have to invent theories like punctuated equalibrium (you at least know what that is don't you) to explain why they can't find the fossils they need to prove it.
