2) It's not Arab, it's Indian
3) The song was originally made by an Indian Bhangra singer and remixed (and released) by an Indian-British rapper
4) Jay-Z simply sampled the song and that's why he has it as the background

labh janjua sang the song mundian tu bach ke or Beware of the boys in 1997 Rajinder Singh aka Panjabi MC remixed it and in 2003 Panjabi MC and Jay Z remixed it again
