Unfortunately this has nothing to do with race/color, a couple on my block (el salvadorian, Mexican) 5 yrs ago was sexually abusing their 2 daughters and filming it, should I be saying all Latin people are the epitome of sexual child abuse? He does not look abused. I hope they are going on fact and not a child's lies. It has happened so many times before. This child if anything is over weight - not under weight. Either way, The mother seems to have a record so why the hell is she allowed to have this child if she has murdered one in the past. None of it adds up. I was talking about the child welfare system in the state/country, and how they let her son go back to that woman after she had starved her first child. He should have been in foster care long before all this happened. Some people should not raise children.
