I just like how Sun and Jin's theme isn't covered with lots of "Asian" sounds and fits in with the rest of the show. I hate when composers think they need a "Oriental" sound every time a Asian characters on screen. Pet peeve but Giacchino wisely stayed away from that.

@enochjames If you listen to their 'theme' back in season 1, it was basically the main theme with oriental sound. I actually liked that theme but I love their new theme which was used from season 2 onwards.

The Michael and Walt clips you showed reminded me of how chaotic their only time together was...they knew each other for a few months, and that time they spent after a plane crash (traumatic) and during a strained existence with people who were trying to kill them (very scary). Unlike most of us, they spent most of their time seeing what the other was like under pressure (with some of the more social interactions happening in calm moments on the beach). Interesting relationship

The part of the freighter theme you used from Bobbing for Freighters was actually a blend between the Freighter theme and Sun and Jin's theme. I would've used the Freighter theme from Time and Time Again.

"Claire-A-Culpa" is a beautiful song. and I love how it ties into "Ta Ta Charlie". :)

Just one theme that I think you forgot to add is the what I lovingly refer to as "Island Trekking" music. It get's played whenever the survivors leave from one locale to the other, like "Hollywood and Vines" from season 1 :p

i'm not really getting how the theme you chose for claire is claire's. i only heard that song once in "par avion." in my opinion the song "were friends" makes more sense... and although it's described as both claire's and charlie's... i've only seen it used with things involving claire.

Claire's theme always gets me teary eyed - that flashback with her mum was so helpful. She has always been the one character who we never saw very much backstory of. 'Par Avion' did an excellent job for us in empathising.
