Septum piercings hurt, but if you really want a piercing, the pain is always bearable. It's if you're just doing it for the sake of it etc when it hurts a lot.

but be sure to clean it

with sea salt solution and also with warm water

what i do is first i take off the crustys with warm water

and then i disinfect it with hydrogen peroxide

and then the sea salt solution

once in the morning and once at night

i've had mine for two weeks already and it's dealing nicely :)
