  • @deceptivetrash SMU is the best. thats all u need to know. like seriously, why argue about it now cuz when we battle ur trashy ass band and when we MURDER THEM with our killer tones ya gonna be wiping our asses.

  • @BlaccPocohontas Please control your language...

  • @JSMLeadership Sorry Prof!

  • word alan gooooooooooooooo JSMLI ALL STAR band if that dude was a real director he would be proud of his band and put videos of his probably garbage band

  • @edgar12666 lol. I doubt that "Deceptive" guy is a band director. I mean if you click his/her profile, Uploads (0) Favorites (598).

  • @MrMrShemale lol he real tryna come at the U wat kinda stupidity is that

  • Ahhhh ! this is why I love band. I love this "trash talking" going around.

GOOO JSMLI ALL STAR BAND !

  • yooooooooooo BIGMAC here video was hot cant wait to perform

  • I mean the band sounds good standing still but far as the field show that was a very very poor performance coming from one band director to another needs to learn drils, also learn how to play and march dancers look nice but other than that i like the band. keep up the good work

  • @deceptive187 first field show of a beginning band...post a clip of your beginning or intermediate marching band performing better in their first performance of the year in front of thousands of fans...something that most had never done before. Appreciate the fact that kids somewhere are learning music, and the drill was as good as any bands would be that had limited field access. Brooklyn is not home to many football fields if you haven't heard.

  • @JSMLeadership from a Band Directors POV brooklyn may not have alot of football fields but there are also ball parks etc you dont need a field to make your drill lines straight and have a clean show whether it is the first show or last show doent matter you are a refleection of your director if he cared what you looked like you wouldnt have went out there looking like that

  • @deceptive187 eh well stuff happens. We don't have ball fields, we have streets, very narrow streets. We did our best during our first show, Mr. Expert, so go check out the BSMT SMU field show which was done a week later. What band do you direct, we can put you on our schedule next year and really let you feel the power of the SMU.

  • @JSMLeadership i never said anything bad about this band but it couldve been better with the drills and I still say that it was a poor performance if I had to judge that you wouldnt place now let your band director read that cause I know as well as he know

  • @deceptive187 Mistakes will happen, period point blank. This was their first field show ever...period. Half of the band is filled with students that started playing their instruments 2 months before this performance. We actually had the drill perfect before we performed...but nerves can get the best of an ensemble. If you are such an expert about marching bands, then you would know that sloppy or not, it was a very good try for their debut show right out of band camp.

  • @deceptive187 I understand what you are trying to say, but I don't think you understand, since you are from Jackson I am going to break this down in a way that should make this easier. If you took the Powell, or Siwell band out to perform 2 months after they learned to march and pick up instruments, you would get a similar show. This was a mandatory performance, and if I could have it my way we would be inside all year, but that isn't an option or me up here. You don't know what goes on in NYC.

  • @JSMLeadership well i am not from jackson and I happen to live here in NY now with a marching band so i beg to differ but guess what we all have different teahing styles I can put a good show togather in 2 months with new players but I understand how it goes so if you knew it was a mandatory performance why not plan ahead cause once again they dont blame the band members they blame the director you are a reflection of your band good or bad now thats some knowledge from the south.

  • @deceptive187 Well if you have a band here in NY you sure haven't defeated my band in competition. Who are you to tell me to plan ahead, smh mistakes happen, and thats what happened a mistake. But I am tired of this back and forth with you our providing a clip of your ensemble out performing my group on field or street. A new internet thug is born everyday, but at the end of the day, you keep watching so I know you see something you like. Have a good one dude, see you in competition next year.

  • Medgar Evers joinin this band soon so.... cool

  • ..oh yeah, when you DO happen to get good speakers.. if you happen to hear a piccolo singing in between the music, that's moi *claps* yay me! =3

  • MarchingCardinals dude.. hey how ya doin? n e ways shut your trap. We can do what we want because we are the mighty Jaguars, and we carry a "S" on our chest. We stand up to any band... I mean let's see we smothered you guys months ago and still happen to talk trash. You talk trash because you are trash; nothing clean happens to come out through your mouths or your horns... smh.. our trumpets can beat you n e way.. can't top our best! better listen to our clips carefully; we got this one.

  • Why come on our clips and talk trash....btw this guy is just a hs kid. I really thought it was someone that mattered. Man

My Name's Erick. Live In Jersey ( Da Fieldz ). Play Trumpet In The PHS Marching Cardinal Band. Like To Watch Marching Band Videos. Wish To Attend BCU In The Future.

  • Wow, Plainfield trying to grow a pair. First of all this was our first show of the season...and even at our worst you guys can't compare. Everyone in our band plays...a lot better than your band. Second thing, our band was asked to do exactly what it did at the event, but I wouldn't expect you to know that since your band is not good enough to qualify for high caliber events. Anytime, anyplace...you name...The SMU will come for you.

  • Wow...they got some numbers on them...kool!

  • numbers, of people who just hold their horn up without playing.. i'm mad these guys tried to step up against morgan and wssu.. they got blown out, and all you heard was their bass drums..

  • It's not my fault that you don't have good speakers so that you could hear the band. I listen on my laptop and can make out what they play. You have a nice day...and please stop stealing our routines. One more thing...Plainfield's band is trash so stop coming on here posting as if you have a better clip on youtube. Every clip you have is pure garbage. We were beating you guys when we only knew 4 notes, since we have grown & gotten better you guys are playing the same boring crap...smh dummy

  • Them drums are kinda loud though, its to loud for places with sound gets traped like stadiums

  • thanx! =3 guess who you heard out there?

  • My lil brother is in this band... man I am sooo proud of him and all his bad members... thank you for posting

  • Hey No problem thanks for watching and supporting!

  • wow i go to this school. it's filled with talented ppl. singers, artists, actors, band ppl. but sometimes a some ppl act like assholes unfortunately

  • even at our worst were the best point blank

  • eww nick cannon shut up and ooh u just admitted that ur a crab so now i know haha lol...but its all good im more of a crab than u are

  • Oh youre Nick Cannon? this is Mr. Smith

  • u know u didnt have to lie about being a crab. im not ashamed to be one...anyway that was an awesome day and stop showing off that ur a snare drum player lol

  • yes he's nick cannon!

  • really good job.... my cuzzin was on here congrats to all....hope ya had a great time

  • any opinion on sound for freakshow?

  • 1-10 I give my band a 6, not bad, but drill had some very very bad spots, for a majority of the drill the fourth line was out of line. I think going into this week, we need to focus on our marching, music, energy, and alignment, especially if we are trying to go to nationals.

  • yeah it was very noticible the 4th line

  • They just need to clean it up in the drilling and sound. ill see ya Oct.

  • i love it...the band is awesome and our band teacher is great! i love it...the energy...the toughness its all great!

  • thats good glad you like it..i dont know when ill have the time but ill come down there and see you guys again the drumline was hype when they saw me at Gians Stadium lol

  • yea umm im a crab lol...freshman but i was in that performance...first line second person

  • Nice....well welcome youll see me rarely lol you like it so far huh?

  • i play the trombone

  • ah ok never seen you before lol.....i was the drum instructor

  • great video...im part of this band...yay...we did a good job
