Jay Garrick was the first flash, then Barry Allen was the 2nd and Wally West was kid flash. Once Barry Allen died or was too old Wally became the flash and Bart Allen became the new kid flash who will eventually become flash. So those are the four flash characters. Depending on what comic or show you are in Wally West is the Flash in the Justice League and if he is not then he is kid flash and will become flash in the near future and Bart will be his kid flash. So it changes up alot and confuses

I watched the teen titans....never saw kids flash

He was in two episodes during the last season. One episode had him only and none of the other titans. In the series finale he appeared again with all the 200+ titans he was voiced by Michael Rosenbaum who voiced the Flash in JLU and was Lex Luthor in Smallville.
