  • this coach realizes & identifies where the power come from:THE LEGS.they are are biggest body part.they have the biggest muscles.any strength training that maximizes that power helps the pitcher take pressure off his arm.. GOOD. a strong foundation.. in the LEGS..is the key to avoiding arm problems.

  • Keep working hard Justin you got GOD GIVEN talent for sure!! I haven't seen anyone that can throw 100+ from the 8th inning on, this guy has been blessed with a power arm!!

  • Kick it

  • what a baseball babe :)

  • HIS A FUCKING MONSTERS

  • these excerices are soo effective, weight lifting made my mechanics and muscles memory super slow, which resulted in no speed.

look at all the justin verlander workouts they all involve expolsive movements not slow reps. THANKS STACK BASEBALL!

  • Justin is no doubt my favoriate Tigers player. I stayed up late last night watching Detroit vs LAA. Great game but Justin gave up 4 runs in the 6th inning. This is the 2nd shortest game he ever pitched. I believe he will learn. Go, Justin go!

  • wow verlander's freaking amazing, i went to the game lastnight and got to see him pitch for the first time. he is amazing by far my favorite tigers player. and brandon inge =) they are the best!!

  • I don't get the current trend of 'walking' lunges. If any imbalance exists, it would seem only to propogate with this type of exercise. I still do them standing at a line series.

  • That coach isn't qualified if he doesn't have the confide to coach a proper squat because of the fear of injury.

  • no wonder he throws 100 mph
