You are way out of line. The state shoot was over & this was just for fun. The state shoot was not 3d. You cant cheat if it is practice just for fun. Scores were not being kept. For some of the kids this was a first time experience, so helping with distance is OK for a fun practice shoot. Also, 4h shoots are at known distance, unlike ASA. The kids have been shown proper drawing technique, but they are kids, so they sometimes forget what they are told, until they get home and review the video.
