The Confederate Battle Droid Army is a much better army then the Clone Army. The CIS was able to produce Quintillions of Battle Droids, they had aid of the best and most richest guilds in the Galaxy. They only lost there leadership which caused them to fall. Like the loss of Sev'rance Tann at the start of the War, Durge and Ventress almost at the end and Grievous, Dooku and the Council at the end of the Clone Wars.

Battlefront II has been confirmed partially non-canon. As battlefront 2 says, the 501st legion was the last all clones legion. They stopped using clones because the kaminoan cloners turned against the empire and because of their growth acceleration they died faster so the empire had to hire ordinary people.

A) 1/3 of the Clone army died in the war. If nearly all the clones died in the war how did the Sith get all of his troops???

After the Kamino revolt clones were no longer made of just Jango Fett, instead cloners all across the galaxy were hired and were making clones of other people besides Jango Fett. Also they started recruiting as a normal military to make up for the clones that aged quickly.
