This is a "new" version. Basically Mattel sued Aqua for use of the Barbie name- ok, but now Mattel deems fit to push out a G rated Barbie song to somehow cover up the whole "unwholesome" lyrics of Aqua's Barbie Girl. I for one loved Aqua's version hands down better than this cutesy version, but then, I'm not in the targeted age group for Mattel's song either.
