well for one reason mlk was a civil rights leader, not a demi-god, islam is a religion, the US government separates church and state until the church violates the civil rights of it's members (especially children) then it intervenes, so although islam is the new religion on the block in america, it will soon learn what separation of church and state means. As for this mosque, if they own the land when who has a right to stop them? i say tax all these religions anyway, god will pay it's taxes.

Common sense and decency would dictate to build that mosque a 1000 miles away from New Yok and in a 1000 years from now...that means never since Jesus Christ is coming back to rule for 1000 years in His Kingdom, a Theocracy, there won't be no more division over politics or over religion, only One God exists and will rule the world, Jesus Christ!
