It's really nice to see these videos. I'm just researching wrestling because I'm interested and these videos are really informative. I realise there's different ways to do each move but still, you explain them really well. *thumbs up*
First off the person taking the move should have his arms tucked in and his fists on his groin and his shoulders tucked in. So when you come down on him and pulls the upper half of his body up and as there is contact he lays back down and then sells it. The person doing the move wants to get one leg above the guys head and the other on his chest.
What I do is just arch the leg that falls on my opponent and let them react as if I fell on there neck or when I do my finisher ( Which is basically a Leg drop to the back of the head ) the back of there neck or head.
I would suggest the guy taking the legdrop to turn his head to the side to protect his nose and teeth. Also I drop the back of my knee on the guy so you can land cleaner. But sime good stuff otherwise.
Wrestling isnt fake, but if it makes you conftorable to say it is then fine. It just makes you think your all big and bad. Wrestling is scripted and its planned to look good but at the same time it builds muscle, flexibility, and it does hurt. But lets say your training or playing around, these guys show how not to hurt eachother and put on a show.
You have "been train," huh? well I have "been train" too. Well be constructive then. What "stuff" am I doing wrong? We can all gain from your knowledge. There's more than one way to skin a cat man. Everybody dones things a little different, but I have never and will never hurt anyone with a legdrop.
Very hard to judge from what I have seen. A few things are different but that is ok. It would be easier to tell from something like a headlock takeover but whatever. I am not here to judge.
If you guys do requests I'd love to see a video on knee drops.
ok, I just saw you have more than the original couple videos I first saw and I have a different opinion now. If the key to a double underhook suplex is not to hold on too long howcome it can be done into a bridge (I know it is not a pin but that is beside the point). Who trained you guys?

Unfortunaly for me, your videos are replacing wrestling training, because here in Brazil we don't have prowrestling schools.
