There is no way in hell anyone could have known she is in the lighthouse Even though they direct you to the lighthouse. It's not that you didn't see her it's the devs fucked this all up by not giving you any hints. Doesn't matter if she is kind of difficult to see, as you said there is no reason for you to go over there. The graphics and the piss poor quest lines at its finest.

@theghostrider501 you'll get a quest to go to the lighthouse which is dead north i believe and shes right in that tower you must go to the lighthouse to get the fast travel option to go there

This quest was confusing because it's given to you at the very beginning of the game when you're relatively far from Maggie. You would think she'd be somewhere close. Not only that, but there is no waypoint to her either so she could be anywhere. Thanks for pointing her location out.
