I remember hearing someone talking about the Pogues many years before I heard of the name or any of the songs. Like "they were this Irish band, there were like, a dozen of them, bad teeth, dark sunglasses." Later on, after I had become kind of a fan, and remembered that, and was like "wait a minute!"
