Why didn`t you include the incriments on everything ?? Though it`s a kind gesture to share the least you can do is share everything you use completely(INCRIMENTS)!!!!!
Instead of adding eggs blend some celery and garlic to give it that mushy feeling. Don't blend everything though it will be too refined. The grated veggies give it a good texture!
