@rockytheyorky - This is the The Dame Edna Treatment TV Talk Show which aires in the UK, and probably other parts of Europe. This show began on Saturday 17 March 2007, with the set-up being that Edna runs a health spa where various famous guests come for treatment. This guy is a kick as Dame Edna as he/she makes kind hearted fun of all her guests. You will have to check on various outlets like E-Bay UK and/or Amazon to see if this show is available for sale.
