Yeah, used to have this, van stupid and jesus meets, all on vynil. classic brit thrash skate punk, ahead of their time. Love sleeping troubles from this album...
@TIASDAD 1974 The Franfurter EP was so good, but I loved the song Dog Log the most...the line about holding the shit up to yer mum...haha. I loved Intense Degree too...skatebored skatebored skatebored!!!
used to have this on vinyl.wish i held on to my albums, havent heard it in years.must visit itunes.the hard ons were pretty limp compared to this lot,the stupids rule
@TheEnglishdog Yeah Hard Ons were cool but The Stupids were way cooler, the yts boy at the record packaging place must have been having a bad day!Seem to remember a cartoon of Frankfurter signing a megabucks deal with disappearing ink so they took the money and ran without selling out...or was that down to the substances i was abusing at the time??Don`t you just hate it when comments like this go on and on and on......
Haha strange! I'd really like to know what the real lyrics for this song are, especially the bit at the start where he's talking, thats bugged me for years!
@StepmothersTeeth the lyrics are: just a girl-she was 15 nothing ever happended to her then one time she hit the big time gold ashes get blown away, but the memory burns (its here to stay) her life was screwed by a man & then just thrown away we've got only our memories thats where she'll have to stay hope this helps!
@TIASDAD1974 not random really. the stupids catalogue was issued in australia by the now defunct Waterfront records, as was the hardons, they played together and released an ep together. and the way they flogged the stuff in sydney at the time fans of both bands prob would have had albums from both bands. i had both bands stuff.
