Typical male teenagers don't want to be thought of as "homo", quite possibly one of the most un-cool things they can be labelled (sad but true), and while this silly ad has no basis in fact whatsoever it will still effectively associate cigarettes with something perceived as extremely un-cool, as this fear is itself irrational.
