Actually the truth is alot different. THan Bui from North in fact did not write Picture of you. Than Bui from North actually used the song with out written permission of the original song writers who he knew from his singing school.

DBTKKK: The original song writers are James Hollandws, Jay Critcher and Marcus Jilla from Australia. The song is registered to these 3 original songwriters.

Thans actions wern't discovered till after North had already released and pressed and printed copies.

It's hard to surpass the original but DBSK did it their singing interpretation of the song was beautiful i didn't know what it said and i didn't care it was simply beautiful. North's version could have been great if it had good lyrics. Hope DBSK always keeps singing in korean they're awesome like that.

Another easy way to prove all this is goto the APRA web site which deals with music copy write and search for the song there and again you will find the 3 song writers and NOT Thanh AGAIN more proof!
