  • In my dreams: David Miscavige ends up in a prison where all the inmates are gay.

  • This guy really makes me want to start my own cult, I mean it looks like it pays pretty well plus you get to give gala speeches, destroy anyone who leaves your cult and order people's executions. Oh yeah and you get to have slaves - how cool is that?

  • please hurry and drink purple koolaid, u sik fuks

  • The "wake up call" or 9/11 was caused by religious extremists- a cult that believe the ends justify the means and that they are somehow superior to others.

    Al Quaida

    Jonestown

    Scientology

  • he is such a fag..

  • His words are so empowering! No matter the kind of evils happening today, the power to have a positive impact on ones environment is in the hands of every individual! You have the power so what cha' goin' do wit it?!? Bravo DM!

  • Thank you for posting this video as it tells people about all the great things that Scientology has been doing. It really is amazing how much Scientology has done in different aspects of non-profit -- helping others get off from drug abuse, giving them precepts to achieve happiness in life, help in disasters such as 9/11 and Haiti. It inspires me to help others as well, and not to be bystander that merely mud slings at people who are out there and are actually doing something.

  • @jkelsallj Wake up.

  • I've seen the various plaques and commendations the NYC Fire department bestowed upon the church. I'm proud to be a contributor to the Volunteer Ministers efforts!

  • @tishakisses And proud to give your life to someone who is taking yours? Keep at it!

  • The Volunteer Ministers were among the first charitable groups to lend their tireless and selfless services at ground zero and never got any kind of recognition…which is what its all about. Thanks for showing the world how much the Church cares to help even despite your crappy headline.

  • @theayec The Volunteer ministers probably believe they are doing good, and some probably are- however, the reality is- they are what $cientology calls "a PR caper"- just to provide good photographs to spin.

There are plenty of genuine hard-working charities that have worked and continue to work in war-torn countries, feeding the hungry, clothing the poor who are better qualified, better educated and more effective.

  • @theayec You should be ashamed of yourself for claiming that.

  • It is a great thing that Scientology and people of different faiths got together, set aside their religious differences and remembered that we are all part of the same group - the human race. In the face of such a tragedy people sought comfort and help in each other, and that is a beautiful thing.

  • @OlafWilhelm You were just been reported to youtube.

  • @NeoLibsSuck Man you guys are a sorry lot. The video rocks, Scientology rocks and it is going to keep on rockin.

  • Lets see.. I'll take a poke at this dork. Opie Griffith the snake oil salesmen. He sounds like sideshow announcer.

  • Wanh wanh wanh wuh wahn wahn What a dick

  • WTF is this idiot even trying to say?

[transcribed - 1] There is, however, another preliminary word that's due on tonight's festivities, Because, as it happens, this evening's celebration marks another milestone on OUR highway to eternity. Namely, and unforgettably, tonight is our ten year anniversary of the wake-up call. Needless to say, it met every definition or those words defining moment and never was the urgency of our mission so manifest.

  • [transcribed - 2] For suddenly, and in one cataclysmic instant, out went the props and down came the curtain exposing the what lied behind the façade of this civilization. And which brin[?] You didn't need an archeologist to read the rubble at ground zero. On the contrary, it was stripped clean and laid bare. The impermanence of social infrastructures, the fragility of economic systems, the fragility of measuring security in terms of military hardware..

  • @m2mbol4 "And which brin[?]"/b "At which point"

  • [transcribed - 3] ...All this and more became patently clear as of September 11, 2001. Well if going to complete the history lesson it was also then and there that nation after nation let slip the dogs of war whereupon the 21st century limited went thundering out of control... Until all that mattered was that question of questions for which comes the supreme test of a being. The one that reads: Who will make things go right in spite of anything and everything.

  • @m2mbol4 Miscaviges "rolling thunder" come across as wordy blunder!

  • The stage is atrocious and gaudy. Here's a thought, if you have to make up nonsensical words to define the bullshit you're making up.....MAYBE its all hogwash.

  • I think David gave that microphone he's speaking into a STD.

  • How can a criminal cult, that demonstrably fails at just about everything, claim to be the answer to our problems?!

The world needs the CoS and Scientology like Hell needs a chocolate fire-guard.

  • what a douche !

  • This guy is a joke

  • Shameless.

  • wow...using 911 to peddle his cult

  • @montrealmountie Where you you during 9/11? Stuck to your TV? I was handing out food and drinks for 48hrs straight to exhausted rescue workers. Yeah we were at Ground Zero with thousands of other individuals helping out (there was no religious discrimiation, just people helping people people of all faiths). So yes we are proud of what we did and are doing and despite a few lice we will continue to help others.
