sometimes too I find that the best creations come from no principles...freestyle.. flowing ..for it is a reflection of the inward....we need to learn to just be without thinking about the chord.....to resonate freely....Just another twist on your words.. not to negate..to support...we are the creators and the creation...excellent.. By 'oversights' and 'misunderstandings', I mean anything that falls short of the Absolute Truth, in any form or condition we bring forth.

But that still leaves the question of the nature of Absolute Truth. Isn't that truth before any human "projections" and if that is so, then isn't the answer to this dilemma somethinglike Steven Harrison's "do nothing"? This suggests that mind is the obstacle and not the healer.

The Absolute Truth is innate to all of us. We don't have to go and get it. Each of us has it - right now. We only need to uncover it, wipe away the debris we have piled upon it.

Speaking of projections, it may help better to explain what I am trying to say if we think of it this way: The Truth is like a movie being played in a theater. If screens or filters were applied to the projector, it would affect how the movie seemed to appear. But it wouldn't actually affect the movie itself. :-)

In other words, the only difference between what we commonly perceive as 'our mind' and THE Mind, are the screen and filters we apply to the Mind. They are actually one in the same.

And the only thing between 'being enlightened' or 'unenlightened' is the removal of these screens/filters. Everything is already there.

Is the mind an obstacle or the healer? That is interesting question. In the origin, mind, or at least all the aspects of the mind came to being AFTER much AFTER than the SPirit and Soul. Mind came into the world of duality, so it is both: the healer and the obstacle. English word "mind" reflects it perfectly; it stands to designate the tool by which consciousness operates, and also stands for the verb meaning "not to agree".

It seems sacreligious to many, or at the very least downright unbelievable, especially to those still caught (perhaps unconsciously) in some sort of dogma or doctrine. But you're absolutely correct.
