There was a movie adaption of the TV series directed by the same man as the TV series. it told the same story, but in a very different way. Utena had short hair in the movie. I like the movie even more than teh TV series, I highly suggest it.

I don't know why, but my former partner (Tenjou) and I made the very first Evanescence AMV... ever. No joke. We loved Utena of course, and we loved Evanescence when they were only making demo CDs still.. so when "Bring Me to Life" was leaked onto the internet, we made "Roseate Nocturne" to it a month before the "Fallen" album even came out. :)
