I solved the mystery. Go to 1:46 and see the doll how its hand moved. It is very obvious they used a fishing string to move the hand and the other objects as well since the flow of the toys wasn't natural and this room already looks like it was prepared for such stupidity. This is long exposure filming. Any fast movements filmed in a long exposure- disappear & blur out when played at normal speed. You can do the same effect with a Long exposure on a camera. Take a busy street, a ND filter Long exposure. All the people walking will blur out to almost see through or dissappear all together, making the street look empty.
