My great-aunt lost her grandson, Max, to drowning he was only 20 months. He had how slipped away from his parents eyes and fell in their pool which was dirty. People tried to search for him in the water and a man had even accidentally stepped on him because he was so hard to find. He was on life support for about a week and brain damaged so his parents made the decision to turn off the life support. His twin sister who would ask, "where's max" and look for her brother after he was gone.

You can tell by how she looks in the video that this was not a neglected child. She was adored very much, and their guilt is life-lasting...they relive what they should have done every minute of everyday,...so your insensitivity is kind of rude.
