  • @annebeck58 Thanks Ann, common sense works that way. It is so obvious to most americans that prohibition was seriously wrong, but too many must be drunk most of the time to realize the extension of it to other intoxicants. The crazy part is, the one most would like to see legalized is not a toxin, it is a weed that grows from the arctic circle to the antarctic circle and every where in between. It can be used to replace many toxic industrial chemicals as well, building materials... on and on.

  • Yah I've been taking it since 98' and it does seem to help but the va just gives me $h1T for using it. I've had to stop cause I have fed lic, permits & own firearms. It's now the 10th week & I feel like $h1T. I used a rub I made, smoke & eat it., I do function better with it than without. Have you heard about juicing it it? I have a very low tolerance for pain meds & trying to figure out what foods might help with it also. Thank you so much, all of you who care. Oh ya I Love it!

    I see no exceptions in that second half of the second amendment. Just because some people have believed propaganda and are seriously into paranoia does not give them the right to restrivt your right to self defense.

    I suggest looking into ex post facto laws too, there is more to that than one meaning in law, that should not be passed by any legislature.

  • I'm a Desert Storm disabled combat Marine, I suffer from cronic kidney stones, back injury, nerve damage & live with 4 1/2 hrs of sleep a night. My Wife noticed that my left leg shakes alot while I'm asleep, it's been doing it since 91'. Does medical marijuana help you with this problem? Thanks ISamuelII.

  • @Marztech5 I have heard it can do wonders for people in your situation, mostly the pain believe it or not. So much so, the DEA or FDA, some fed has put out an order for doctors not to prescribe pain meds to medical marijuana script holders. Even punishing those that simply show up positive on a drug test they can be denied pain meds. So if you need them, sneak the use on the side to see how it affects your metabolism, that is really the key to dif people, how their system reacts to its calming.

  • @Marztech5 Have you looked into your overall PH level? 7.1 normally or 7.4 for healing,,, something like that I'll look it up tomorrow. I'd suggest [I am no doctor or lawyer] to use a food formular to break up the stones. Why is the idea of dark greens, asparagus stuff come'n to mind??? [chemical bombs!]

    Back to the other stuff,, chronic users are not the same as weekend users. You can function like you were sober after constant use, and if you like it.

  • This vedio is not acurat about the 9th amendment here is it's exact wording; The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Drugs are not mentioned. Drugs are the problem.

  • @jawj4291 Oh well sheet sherlock yuh got me on a missing one comma after the word "constitution". Now plug into this the enumerated certain right the "intoxicating liquiors" and you WILL see drugs are mentioned and not as a medicine, as an intoxicant.

    Do you have any other useful things to add?

  • @ISamuelII For something to fall under certin right More than just a hand full of people myst actualy concider it a right more like 90% of people. Doing drugs does not fall under this catigory it fals under the catagory of suicide. Abusing drugs so you can get high is deadly.

Hint: the enumerated in law - worst chemical a human can ever consider to consume is a huge business world wide also known as 'intoxicating liquors', and you think safer drugs are a problem? Nobody has ever died from using ganja as an intixicant,,, and I use that word loosely because it is not a toxin. Heroin is a much safer chemical to use than alcohol will ever be, even in its more dilluted beer state. You seem like a very sheltered being.

  • @ISamuelII First off I am 30 I have necer used any illegal drugs nor do I want to. Shure Marijowana should be legalized but Crack? Herowin? Meth? No these are among the many that should stay illegal. The only reason the government has not legalized marijowana is they haven't figured out a way to tax it. As far as lipuer goes It is only intoxicating if abused. When used propery you do not get intoxicated. When I do dring I only drink 1 as I do not desier to get intoxicated.

    Now onto those other you mentioned,,, who would be cooking crap if they could just step out and buy a safer stimulant,,, any bad effects from any you mentioned, tell me it was not the unknown 'cut' that gave the user the rapid aging complex from the unkown substance.

  • @ISamuelII I admit I should have wated to post my last comment here I was not fully awake. On the subject now. There are several factors that figur in to how mutch you can drink befor you get intoxicated including but not limeted to; weight, metabolisem, and how long you take to drink the drink. I am one of the few who refuses to drive after even 1 dring even though i am still sober. The problem is not the drinking it is the driving after. As for outher drugs to deadly outher than weed.

  • @jawj4291 Do you realize the current prohibition has put more intoxicated people on the roads returning from their dealer half way across town, and uptight people heading to them as they jones for that next buzz.

    There is not one excuse for prohibitions that can not easily be shot down, try me.

  • @bigmanoooo1 Thank you. I can think of nothing but good reasons to end prohibitions of intoxicants and not one of the excuses to keep it illegal work as intended and or are nothing but propaganda and deliberate lies.

    Prisons are for people that would do harm to others, knowing them or not. As in prove yourself untrustworthy among others and a cell will await you. Not for the non payment of a non existent tax on a certain product a consumer happens to prefer.
