It's organic and lightly breaded, you bake it in the oven at 375 for about 25-30 minutes. Low fat, very tasty for a dinner meal! That is what helped me lose weight and get in shape/live healthier. I think you should start some moderate lifting, nothing too heavy, but a full body workout would just give you some really defining tone, even though you look pretty solid right now.
Aikido twice a week, karate twice a week, and walk the dogs one or two hours every day. There's my plan for losing weight this year. I'm running at about 40% of that so far :p

@395Javelin Yes, they _can_... but if you were to choose between "normal fantastic natural sugar" and artificial sweeteners, the connection between sugar and diabetes and obesity is a lot stronger and more well documented than the connection between artificial sweeteners and cancer. It's really boring to drink water all the time, so diet sodas are a fantastic way of adding flavor and sweetness without adding any calories. The health benefit is far greater than the health risk, by miles. :)
