Just watched the entire cartoon. Here's my thoughts... It's not even close to funny. The whole time I was wondering why the hell do they keep doing the bungee cord/hit by a car gag until the fucking cartoon ended. Yes that's right, the whole cartoon is the same gag. Why can't anything be left alone? Why does EVERYTHING have to be remade? Why aren't they playing the original looney tunes? If there's something wrong with it, why are they remaking it? I fucking hate this planet.

I know the creators want to create it in 3D but with 2D style, but still.. I'll check it out though.

1. Plummets thousands of feet down rock cliffs

2. Gets flattened by huge boulders

3. Gets struck by lightning

4. Gets run over by vehicles

I don't like the 3D at all. I don't want to see a 'realistic' rendition being blown up by a tanker of gasoline - it removes the whole fantasy aspect of the 2D cartoons. The 2D cartoons thrived on the impossible, and making it look more and more realistic is not the way to "capture" that in a new medium. Anyone who wants to see a "real", if anthropomorphic, coyote on fire is sick.

Nothing I could say really matters at this point, but I will not be watching any more of this.

This is why I love the old Warner Bros Cartoons. Glad to see them returning to their roots, even if it is CG. Definitely captures the spirit of the originals, while advancing the technology. Can't wait to see them all.

SOMETHING seems off about the lighting, especially on the Roadrunner. I THINK it might be the lack of an outline that's making things seem weird to me.

That said, I'm pretty impressed by this. Great feel, and It reminds me of the animation from Space Jam (quality of that movie aside).

Sadly todays audiences who were weaned on PIXAR product prefer 3D CG. Somehow they think it's BETTER than cell-style animation. To me this new incarnation looks like exactly what it is: a CG version of a RR cartoon. Forgive me if I don't jump up and down with glee.

Wow! I do so hope this is coming out, would be nice to have a more 'classic' type cartoon around again. This really does have the feel of the original and the comedic style and timing seem to be there.

I wish it was done in classic hand drawn style but that's just a personal taste kinda thing and I must say this 3D is done really well (as to not look like low budget) AND also is done right to make it still look/feel like a cartoon.

@ren128 Not everyone likes CG though and people are entitled to their own opinion. Personally, I think its OK but I am not a huge fan of CG either and I much prefer the classic cartoons. Rehashing old material like this just feels weak, I have no objection to new media but I don't think this really does any justice to the original cartoons.
