NO. MM is not a Goth band, they play industrial music of some sort. The only links they have to Goth music are that industrial music is influenced by Goth Rock (listen to songs by Sisters of Mercym, especially Lucretia My Reflection and you'll se what I mean), and that their visual style is influenced by Goth fashion.

And this song isn't from his slower albums, The Golden Age of Grotesque is all pretty upbeat as it gets for Manson with the tunes. Overall, emo is a false adjective for the song.
