  • I lived across the street from Julius, in Torrance, Ca. for years back iin the 70's and 80's...

  • He was friends with Einstein.

  • How old are these videos, 70's... 80's? I enjoyed watching.

  • This guy is fun to watch and you actually learn something

  • Roofers have known that kind of measuring since learning a tape measure...;)

  • Julius Sumner Miller is Gargamel!!

  • He is so charismatic and passionate with his demonstrations, his shows should have come with a warning that you could actually be at risk to find out that science can be fun :)

  • Wait .....W=mj ,I think Peter Parker is gonna be pissed of when he finds out that

    P doesn't equal mj XD

    =P

  • When I first clicked on this I thought what is up with this nut, then as I watched it I became totally entranced, now I can stop watching him, This guy is good and the more you watch, the more you WANT to watch. This guy is addictive.

  • Professor Miller got me through many long sick days when I was a kid... and honestly, I think those were the days I learned the most while I was growing up.

  • @AutodidacticPhd me too!

  • i LOVE this guy.

  • I never missed watching Professor Millers shows as a kid. 60 years later I'm still "enchanted" by what I learned from him, as well as Don Herbert - Mr. Wizard. Our world is a lesser place without these distinguished and learned gentlemen.

  • Enchanting

  • I am who I am because of gentlemen such as these. And I am better for it indeed.

  • awesome

  • As Mr. Miller would say, "Enchanting indeed" :D great video, will help with my exam tomorrow >.>

  • Watched this show growing up. Good times.

  • awesome!

  • frick man my teacher blows i wish i had this guy he explains the theory

  • and... zowie!

  • This guy is a legend i do all this stuff at college in theory so its pretty cool seeing him demonstrate it in the real world.

  • I can see the headlines on the gun-hating, violence-obsessed Media, today:

Professor fires AUTOMATIC WEAPON in front of innocent little kids!

For them, anything that shoots a projectile is an automatic weapon...

  • How sad that bright, intelligent people can't be TV heroes anymore and comparably rewarded like a pop singer or a sports figure. Such are this society's warped priorities.

  • @caseyg5 sad but true. i watched the professor whenever i could and tried to repeat his experiments when i was a kid. fascinating man.

  • this is enchanting to witness.

  • Genial hehehe

"How do you do, ladies and gentlemen, and boys and girls, and teachers? My name is Julius Sumner Miller, and physics is my business." :)

  • Why? Because I Like It!

  • fuck fuck FUCK Fukfkcfuckfuck

  • Could you imagine if science shows like this or Mr. Wizard were still on TV? As is, we have 95% of kids wanting to have their own rap label or be on American Idol. That's a nation destined for greatness there.

  • this dudes a genius even though all this was done 25 years back

  • and I say, this is enchanting to witness!

  • And so it is.
