Vilvadi wrote very carefully ESTRO HARMONICO to publish it and spread it over the musical community.

Many years after, Bach had a copy of the booklet, and loved it. He decided to write several transposals, including BWV1065 you named.

@iTESLA Vivaldi composed it originally, but, Bach arranged some of Vivaldi's concertos for different instruments, so that probably explains the similarity.
