you can either down load the add-on or buy it for 20$ on disk and it also come with the add-on "the pitt"

The Ghoul Mask is a piece of headgear, Wearing this mask will let you and your companions pass feral ghouls without harm. The mask is your reward for completing Tenpenny Tower (quest) in a way that allows the Ghouls into the tower; Roy Phillips will hand it to you after telling him it's safe to enter.

in the citadel when you first enter you should see him just standing there in the courtyard check about midday. you get to the citadel half way through the main quest

not only that if u have 2 of the same headgear u can raise your stats to 100, for example with 2 hokey mask u can get your unarmed habilities to 100.If u noticed when u equip the first one the second one cant be equiped but if u press the ¨use¨ button on the second one u recive the bonus stats of it as meny times as u press the acction button.

you can buy it then when they patch it clear your cache and it should remove every update to every game but you wont be able to sign into live.

Practice from playing Oblivion for the past two years lol. Both games are set up the same way when it comes to decorating. Drop item on the ground then click in the right thumb stick to pick it up and place it where you like. I find it easy to place stuff, It just takes time to get used to it lol.

Correct, We got three new armor and three new weapons with the DLC. It lets you go stealth like a stealthboy but without the stealthboy at will.
