I just wanted to know what motivates you to make the long projects that you do and if you wouldn't mind sharing any tips on how to concentrate on something and stick to it until the very end.

I have many thoughts in mind but just don't have the time to pull things through, eventually when I do proceed I always loose track and bin them completely. Any suggestions?
