  • @Learningcooking, i only show traditional cooking, it can not be done with less oil. every one is very welcome to alter these recipes to his liking. you can always use less oil but it wont be the same.

  • oh hoo baaji aap thori late ho gayein,woh tu humne khaa pee ker hazam bhi ker li ;) .... haha but anyway unko bohat pasand ayee aur kehne lagay abse aisay hi banana :)) but baji mein laal mirch ki jagah sabit mirch aur zeera bhun ker pees ker bana loon tu zaika kharaab tu nahi hoga? kyunki unko iska taste thoora sa missing lag raha tha?

  • Baji, mai aapke khana banane ki kayal hun, i m a big BIG fan of urs, i tried this new trick which really worked out quite good, so i wanted to share that with u, when i put the stuffing in the paratha, i put a little shredded cheese in the top n botton of the stuff, so after grilling the paratha, when i ate it.. its was something.. very very tasty. i think u can also try it. But still u have no comparison indeed. love frm America

  • @boochieshine1 Great, you can add whatever you like, these are just the basics. My family doesn’t like modifications they love old fashion traditional recipes, I myself too do not try new things, may be because cooking is my need not passion :) mujhey naheen aata jata ziyadah :)

    I started boiling Potatoes and didnt know how to make it so started looking for a Pakistani Recipe & i jst have a feeling that its exactly the way my mother was used to make them.

    Hopefully they will taste the same. Gona eat them after 6 Years. I Will check my boiling potatoes :) Thanks again

  • There are some things Ammi makes so well I can’t :) taste of our cooking is totally different and techniques as well. ammi ka pulao aur shami lajawaab  chane ki daal gosht mera kabhi acha naheen bana aur kofte ammi ke. Baqi mera ziyadah acha banta hai 

  • aate main thora sa butter daal ker gur ya cheeni ke sheere se goondh lo. choori to germ germ roti utarte he nerm aate ki us main ghee ya butter daal ker cheeni daal ker hatth se masal lo. jaldi jaldi jalte haath se.

Also aap aur kaunsi fiiling wale paranthe banaati hai jaise gobi, palak? Agar aata ho to sihka deh, mujhe paranthe bahut pasand hai.Maine aapke daal, mooli sub try kar liya pehle hi.

  • Thaw kerke to pata naheen kaisi banain aaloo freez kiye hoye waise naheen rehte, is se to tikkiya 2-3 roz tali hoye he fridge main achi rehteen hain. aaloo qeeme main se nikaal ker kante se qemah pees ker dalna. zara dhanya hari mirach zara ziyadah dalna qeeme main.

  • yes you can freez but, they wont be the same any more. they are going to be very soft after heating up again. 1- 1 1/2 year may be, in deep freezer

  • Baji. For a crisper paratha before you put it on the tawa to cook, use a fork and lightly put little fork marks on the partha. It helps the air release and is crisp. Also I use the fork after I out the aloo in there. That also helps.
