Difficult maybe?!?! I have done similar with an electric guitar and some effects. Granted he is on an acoustic with no effects but it is a custom acoustic for the hammering he does. Still not impossible.

I hear the hynotic (ie repetitive ) quality of the music but take it as demonstration of the guys skill with a guitar, rather than having a sexual content._

Masturbatory in the sense that it is a haughty display of bravado, not a musical accomplishment. He seems to take great pride in how complex and technical his compositions are, but they are incredibly shallow.

It seems his intended audience is indeed "eggheads" who are sufficiently removed from an organic understanding of true music as to find his prattling genius.
