I wonder what people from the Middle East think of this story.
(I'm not being racist or anything. I'm just curious what people think of Disney movies that take place in their countries, like what do people from Greece think of "Hercules," what do people in Africa think of "Lion King," etc.?)
I can say only one thing, children of all countries likes Disney because it have funny characters, good songs and bright colours. Only adult people always not happy. But, hey, these films not for adults =)
@mcmptn im Arabian and i saw the aladdin movie its was awesome and the story is great and i saw the movie in arabic so i dont think ppl hated this movie in our country
@Turtlejuicex True. I didn't really think of Americans' opinions of "Pocahontas" because Disney is an American movie company. But yeah, these movies are basically classic folklore known all around the world, so I don't think children really care about specifics; they just know a good story when they see one.
