  • Okay Jeff- after viewing your videos I'm a bit curious about your "standing" position.

    You throw your rope leading with your right foot but when you talk about "standing" you lead with your left. Which is it?

    Also how do you fix it when people want to slap the rope down instead of follow through when trying to catch?
