  • i don't care how bad it was, that design still kicks ass

  • Who has the balls to make an ad to the sound of Hendrix nowadays?

  • @hcarvalhoalves The cube was crap, but this ad has balls all over it. Like the top comment said this doesn't feel like a 2000 product

  • Apple needs to design a new brand of Mac - one that embodies the look, feel, and creativity of these vintage models. Moreover, they need to bring support for PowerPC chips back when they release Mountain Lion later this year.

  • it only looks so modern because everyone else has been trying to copy it since 2000 lol because apple are at least 8-10 years ahead of the rest

  • if they sell somethin like that now i would totally buy it

  • super fast super computer

with a 450 MHz cpu and 64mb ram

  • @FreeForAllGamerz That was amazing back in the day. It was easily twice as fast as the Pentium /// at the time.

  • Sadly, I know that at some point in the near future, this song will be used in a commercial for cloud computing

  • an 8 inch mother f******* cube!

  • R.I.P Apple 1997-2005

  • The super fast. Super quite. Super shit computer!

  • @BattlefieldHardcore This was a pretty good middle-of-the-road computer back when it was introduced.

  • this mac looks bad ass. wish i could come across one. :'^)

  • the all new mac mini! that would be cool

  • Such a shame, these things never sold

  • i would love to get the cube body, and throw the guts of the new mac mini in it....such a sick design!

  • 2 Cool things 1. Jimi Hendrix and 2. Windows

  • they really went all out on this 8" cube thing

  • Apples current ads stink, it's these older ones like this that are good!

  • That's what a Mac Mini should be.. except the price

  • ew!

  • I always wanted a apple cude

  • most of the PC's are still bigger.. that's how apple is developing future products.. that cube is still better and smalled than most of PC's of 2010..

  • @VRTO92 yes but you can change things inside a pc thats why they have that big design not a crappy little square.

  • @raywilliemjohnson true, true .. :D I'm just saying :D I like the design

  • ...it's a cube.

  • 10 years later and most PCs are bigger than this

  • @bouchandre yes, but you can change a pc's part and add things to it, and fix ity yourself.

  • lol i thought this wa fake

  • IN A EIGHT. INCH. CUBE.

  • How is the ad's song called?

  • @petros4225 purple haze ;]

  • @petros4225 WOW

  • @petros4225 Purple Haze by Jemi Hendrix.

  • I wish apple still designed macs like they did with their powerpc models.

  • I wish Apple still put real rock music to their commercials.

  • @brainslay3r Yes to this! They looked so much more modern. The new computers are precise, but they have no character.

  • @brainslay3r I agree! The Apple designs of today are LAZY!

  • @brainslay3r Well that one caught on fire if you put anything on top of it soo...

  • this could be a modern cross for a MacMini and a iMac

  • wow, macs have changed so much over the years.

  • I will always love the design of that Mac. After I saw that one, I wanted a Mac.

And now I have one. :3

  • Lol I have the Studio display from the G4 cube but I have a Mac Mini hooked up to it.

  • @Nintendavin hahaha same :D

  • i didnt now they made this

  • coz they don't make it anymore, they moved on abit to the mac mini :D

  • I wish apple would still use Real rock music for their ads.

  • If only Apple still supported products with advertisements like these. Rock.

  • it looks so modern for something that came out in 2000 thats how amazing Apple is

  • Has Apple ever made something that looked old? That's what's so amazing about their design.

  • @keriah17 My Ipod nano is from 2000, best looking thing ever.

  • @keriah17 yeah apples amazing *Black Box Of Death* DAMMIT! HONEY! GO GET THE DELL!

  • @thecompans unfortunate I do have a Dell right now and trust me it's very unfortunate

  • @thecompans Apple didn't make a black box, but NeXT (Another Steve Jobs' computer company) made a black box, but it was nowhere near death. It became the world's first web server. It was called NeXTcube.

  • @drrobertoboogie97 no the black box of death is an apple error similar to windows bsod
