Dumbass. Touge simply means mountain. Not grip racing. And if you knew anything at all then you would know that touge is best known for making drifting popular in Japan.
keiichi tsuchiya is one of the people who made drifting more popular, based on the techniques pioneered by Kunimitsu Takahashi not touge racing alone. see? i can use google too. do more research.

touge is mountain racing. usually downhill. during a touge, someone was slightly sliding and that was how the drifting generation started O>O

this is drifting, not touge. touge is "grip racing": driving as fast as you can without losing traction.
