i actually like how he touch everything with his bare hands. its very natural and not like the i-have-to-wash-my-hands-everytime-i-touched-something way. food isn't a breeding ground for bacteria ... thats my opinion ^^

i hate how he cooks.... he stir everything with his bare hands... he even uses herbs straight from the pot that is not even washed... i just find his style of cooking really really disgusting. sorry that's my opinion.
