  • Who the fuck gives gift cards to whole foods?

  • Thanks for your videos. Have cold packs w/ wrap holder that I used for tendinitis in my knee. I bought the wrap and cold packs from Walmart for like $8 and $2 respectively. I had some ibuprofen lying around which is a tamer version of Naproxen. I bodyboard and putting my elbows constantly on the board for 4 years and then finally banging my elbow somewhere caused the inflammation. Hopefully this simple method will work. Was about to drain but nerve damage and infection scared me.

  • You bet - I hope it works.... if your elbow is warm to the touch or very red this might indicate that your elbow is septic.

  • Glad I saw this! I just got the same frigg'n thing a few days ago. I was doing dips at my gym and a few days later "bam"! A huge baseball on my elbow! My wife laughed at me saying that's what you get for trying to act 25, when your 45!

It sucks, this thing and thought I had to have it drained. It's 4 a.m . now, did some research and came across your awesome videos =)

Now, I can to go bed knowing I just need organic "pea" therapy =)

Glad to hear yours got better! Thanks man!

  • Thanks for the comment! I am glad it could help - It took me about 3 weeks for my elbow to return to normal.

  • like watching paint dry

  • the swelling returned within days after the draining. am getting surgery next week Friday, will let you know how that goes.

  • doc drained my elbow this morning, put compression wrap on, can take off tomorrow. Easy procedure, no pain. Can feel my elbow again! Will repeat in a few weeks if necessary, hopefully not. Glad yours cleared up without intervention.

  • I am glad you are getting some good results! Keep me posted.

  • No infection. Injured the elbow about six months ago in a fall on a slippery floor while cleaning my aquarium. Felt something moving around in there but no swelling. X-rays negative. Then I developed tennis elbow from clearing some dense brush with a machete. About a month ago my elbow swelled up like a water balloon. I tried wrapping the elbow but that caused it to ache so I stopped. Ibuprofen doesn't help at all. Haven't iced it. See the doc this morning, maybe he'll drain it.

  • did the compression wraps work or do you think it was just time? I am over 3 weeks now with mine, go back to the doc Monday. Hope he drains it.

  • Personally, I think it was just time... I was also on anti inflamatory and anti bacterial drugs. My bursitis was not due to bacteria, is yours? I think the compression wraps did help. I would put them on before I went to bed. I would stretch it out to about half of its elasticity when wrapping my arm. I probably iced about 2 times per day, 20 minutes each time. I chose to also stay away from heat, so when I took showers etc.. I would keep my elbow away from it.

  • did your bursitis ever get better??

  • Yup - the swelling disappeared in about 3 weeks, but I can't quite yet rest my elbow on any hard surfaces. I anticipate 6-8 weeks for full recovery
