It's anexchange where all the people participating draw numbers, starting with 1 going up to however many people there are. The person with number 1 goes over to a pile of gifts (everyone playing brings a gender neutral present) and chooses one at random and unwraps it. Then number 2 has the option of either a) choosing number 1's present or b) unwrapping a different one. If number 2 chooses 1's, 1 unwraps a new gift. Then, 3 can choose either 1 or two and so on!
