  • Good Range of motion, cadence and static contraction. Give yourself a pat on the back coach, you are doing a good job.

  • Yes, her feet are about even with her shoulders. If you can do this exercise, you'd put your feet where the can best stabilize you.

    AND, this is a cardio/strength exercise. It will burn calories and fat. You can target tone, but you can not target lose fat in certain spots.

  • @rwalks what are you talking about? ab exercises arent to lose fat..theyre to get abs...only cardio workouts are to lose fat

  • @jjjhs08 You're wrong. I use to go to the gym everyday and did only cardio workouts for 1 and half hours and I didn't lose that much fat. You have to do a mixture of crunches, weights, cardio, plank, everything to lose fat and get your body toned.

  • ab exercises will NOT BURN FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing will burn fat except CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE!!!! Ab exercises simply build abs, but if you carry extra fat and do not do cardio, these ab exercises are a major waste; google scoobysworkshop to get a better idea

  • this is for a beginner? I don't think so, this looks really hard! But you sure can see her stomach muscles working, I bet it would be great but I don't know as I could keep my balance, did you see where her feet are?

  • I am sure this core work is easier when you have a trainer pushing you and correcting your movements but I think I could follow a video like this. I want to try it because its cheap and it if does not work not too much invested. I think there are a lot of ways to workout with a ball like this so its worth it.

  • theres no such thing as "fat burning" exercises, you can train your abs all you want, but if you dont get your bodyfat to the single digits, then you'll never be able to see them
