  • Thanks so much, Mark. I'm Blessed to be able to do what I love, play and sing the blues, exclusive of any other kind of 'work' since 1975. Thanks again!!!

  • Michael...great chops, great story....way too much fun for one man to be having!

  • Hello Mike, I have really enjoyed watching all of your videos. I started to play at 15 also. When I moved to SF in '70 I bought a cherry 1934 Gibson. Had it for two years and lost it to a thief. At age 61 I just started to play again and with the help of You Tube videos am way ahead of where I was at 24 !! Thanks for your good work. I especially like the ones that remind us of "our home". Still in Mendo Cty but moving to Panama ASAP.....Myles (Bob) Reisman

  • Hello Mike, I just finished watching all of your videos. I especially liked the ones that remind us of how we grew up! I just started playing guitar again after not touching it for 30 years. I wish we had you tube back when I was playing.....I got frustrated after losing my 1934 Gibson to a thief and having to go back to my old highschool guitar ! I am still trying to seel home in Ukiah and will be moving to Panama soon. Thanks for the great tunes old friend ! Bob (Myles now) Reisman

  • Mike, that was F'n A. Just like when we were kids livin across the alley from each other 'cept you really stuck to it. Way ta go, brother! I'm still playin that song and High Flyin Bird just like you taught us, on my 0018

  • Hi Robert,

Thanks for the kind comments. Very much appreciated.

I just returned from a month of festival and concert touring in France. It all went great ... second year in a row for touring in France ... and I've been invited back to do more of the same in November of 2008. It's good to be an old folkie/bluesman.

Hope you're doing well, keeping happy, and still enjoying the music we love.

    Peace and Best Wishes,

    MH

  • The BEST.
