Pretty good but to me Dianne and Kerry will always be the best duo. Dianne as Glinda was just too perfect. Louise is a little too nasally and squeaky for my liking.

@Munchkin301293 She isnt nasally in live shows. I love Dianne too but she was squeaky ( I still loved her) and Louise is usually never squeaky. This is an exception

Louise is just soo amazing, i can't get over it! to me, this is one of her weaker performances, and yet its still soo fantastic! I love the end when you can hear her "Louise" voice coming through a bit.

Louise Dearman is 100% perfect as Galinda! I didn't even know about Wicked until my boyfriend took me to see it at the Apollo Victoria. I wish someone would produce this here in my country.

Saw Wicked for the 1st time on friday although i had seen Chenoweth and menzel on youtube i have to say i was preferred Tucker and Drearman..especially Drearman...she makes the character hilarious! plus i had no idea Tucker was Irish until she spoke to the audience at the end. awesome perfoermers

I've seen that cast twice in one year. I'm seeing it just before louise leaves in december as a christmas present. How come dianne was there for four years and louise has only had a year and a bit

@BagOfSticksFork It was the actors choice for how long they will be with the show. Dianne didn't have anything else planned from 2008-2009 and that's why she left in March 2010. She went straight to the "39 Steps" afterwards. By the time Louise leaves she will have played the role for 21 months. That's almost two years, which is a pretty good amount of time. She may have other things coming up and maybe Rachel Tucker (Elphaba) does not.

I went to see this 2 days ago. I'm glad it was them, I think they are the best far. It was AMAZING!!! Although we did have the understudies for Fiyero and Dr Dillamond.

Went to see Wicked in June and was gutted when i turned up and Chloe was playing Galinda instead of Louise! Louise owns this part and is soooo funny :-)

@xxCatxx83 Yeah, same. I went to see it a week ago - after seeing it from the absolute back of the theatre with Louise and Rachel - and noticed that it wasn't her right away. Chloe's good, but Louise is amazing. :-)

Honestly I really would love to adore her, really, but I don't like her voice : powerful but too cold in my opinion. I don't feel the vulnerable side of Elphie. I'm not saying she is bad, but I am not one of her fans.

I guess it is also because all the actresses who take over Kerry Ellis will never have the same impact on me as this lady had. But that's another story lol.

@unidan82 Rachel seems to have a consistent acting. As far as I love Kerry *in fact she's my favourite female voice ever only lol* I agree she often looked unemotional. I think that's because she mainly focused on her singing, which is her most powerful emotional weapon). She also proved she could combine both acting and singing (1st night on Broadway)
